Classroom Scheduling: Washington University requires all fall and spring classes scheduled in university-managed (pooled) classrooms to adhere to a standard set of meeting days and times. Read more about the classroom scheduling policy and approved teaching days and times.

Transcripts: For questions about your transcript that was ordered using your WUSTLKey in your WebSTAC account please contact registrar@wustl.edu. Please contact Parchment regarding transcript orders that were placed directly with them.
Diplomas: Questions about the status of your diploma shipment, certified electronic credential, diploma notarization, or Latin translations can be emailed to diplomaservices@wustl.edu.
Verification of Enrollment & Degrees: Current and former WashU students who need verification of their enrollment or degree should email registrar@wustl.edu with their request.

Our office is responsible for certifying to the Department of Veterans Affairs the enrollment of students on the Danforth Campus of Washington University in St. Louis who are using Veterans Affairs (VA) education benefits. For questions about status or documentation needed please email vacertifications@wustl.edu.
Certification for students of the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis is handled by the Registrar’s Office at the School of Medicine.
